How this website works and what happens when you contact Autolejek.

Email contact

The controller of personal data provided in email correspondence is Mateusz Rogoż. Contact: autolejek@gmail.com. Correspondence is handled through Gmail. Your email address, message and any attachments are used to read and respond to your enquiry. Messages are stored in the Gmail mailbox. Google, as the provider of Gmail, also processes data as described in its privacy policy linked below. Send only information needed to discuss your enquiry; avoid unnecessary personal details in photos and documents.

We process your email address, message and attachments to respond to your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). If your enquiry concerns entering into a contract with us, processing necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Retention

We retain correspondence for the time needed to resolve your enquiry and for up to 12 months after the last contact. Where correspondence is needed to meet legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we retain the relevant information for the applicable period.

Website hosting

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. GitHub records and stores visitor IP addresses for security purposes, including visits by people who are not signed in to GitHub. Details are available in GitHub’s documentation and privacy statement.

Theme preference and analytics

The website saves your choice of light or dark theme in your browser’s local storage under autolejek-theme. This value is read on later visits to restore your choice. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. The website code does not include analytics, advertising trackers, account registration or a contact form.

Links to YouTube, product suppliers and other websites take you to services with their own privacy policies. The YouTube channel is linked rather than embedded in this website.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, object to processing or receive your data in a portable format.
